With over 15 years of experience, I create a safe, supportive, and personalized healing environment that meets you where you are—whether that’s at home, at work, or online.
Your Dedicated Therapist
As a former athlete and mother of four, I understand firsthand the toll that injuries, physical strain, and the demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery can take on the body. My own journey—through athletic wear and tear and the changes that come with motherhood—fuels my commitment to helping others move freely, live without pain, and feel empowered in their bodies.
My Journey Into Physical Therapy
As a lifelong athlete—especially in volleyball and soccer—I always knew I wanted to work in movement, performance, and healing. My studies began in kinesiology, where I fell in love with the science of how the body moves and functions. But it wasn’t until I discovered physical therapy that everything clicked.
I saw how physical therapy could do more than just manage pain—it could truly heal injuries at their root. That realization pushed me to pursue it wholeheartedly. Along the way, my own experiences with injury and recovery, and later the physical demands of pregnancy and postpartum with my four children, led me toward a deeper calling: women’s health.
Dealing with those challenges personally gave me a firsthand understanding of how underserved women often are in the healthcare space—especially when it comes to pelvic floor health and postpartum recovery. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to deliver care that not only restores function, but helps women reclaim strength, comfort, and confidence in their bodies.
Professional experience
Over the past decade and a half, I’ve worked in hospitals, clinics, private practices, and leadership roles across healthcare. In 2020, I founded Boon Physical Therapy & Wellness with a simple goal: to remove barriers to care and deliver concierge therapy that comes to you.
Before founding Boon Physical Therapy & Wellness, I led the Women’s Health Program at Achieve Physical Therapy in Acton, MA. There, I worked with patients navigating pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, sexual dysfunction, and post-cancer rehabilitation.
I’m certified as both a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC) and a Hesch Certified Sacroiliac Practitioner (HSP), and I specialize in treating complex pelvic floor and lumbopelvic dysfunction. Today, I offer care that’s mobile, personalized, and built around your life—whether in your home, at the office, or via telehealth.
